The Gathering
will be based around the Scotland's Hotel and Spa
in Pitlochry (right).

The Society has
reserved all the rooms in the main hotel - although
these can only be held for a limited time. The rooms
available include 2 suites, 13 family rooms, 33 double or
twin bedded rooms and 8 single rooms.

Members wishing
to attend the Gathering should book their accomodation
directly with the Scotland's Hotel as soon

or +44(0)1796 484900 if calling from outside the UK. Please be
sure to mention that you are attending the Clan MacThomas
Gathering so as to take advantage of the special concessionary
rate.

Warning. A number of
members have been confused because the Hotel's on line booking
system (and similar reservation systems elsewhere) show that
there is no availability for the weekend of our
Gathering. That is because all the rooms have been reserved
for the Clan. If you wish to enquire about room availability
please contact the hotel by e-mail or telephone.

As well as

ask members for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. This
will be deducted from final bills.

early months of 2014 members who have registered will be
asked to book and pay for some of the various Clan organised
events. An on-line booking and payment facility will be
provided.
